Hi Lisa, this is just a note to once again say Thank You for the way you managed the day on Saturday. You are truly a special person. I was 30 min late, no matter the reason, and you were really sooo professional, not showing an inkling of annoyance and then you still have the good sense to ask if I wanted something to drink. The way you managed the day is really commendable, even willing to take my empty glass in the garden. I have been in the service industry for many, many years and your whole attitude is just remarkable. I hope Bona Dea appreciate you and that your work ethics do not go unnoticed..
